The gravel in asphalt causes severe wear on cutter wheels. Hardox® steel, with the same hardness throughout the entire plate thickness, is ideal for cutters. Asphalt cutter wheels made in Hardox® are available for skid steers, farm tractors, backhoes, wheel loaders, excavators and motor graders.
Since Hardox® comes pre-heat treated, no further heat treatment is needed. This shortens delivery times and enables us to custom-make your cutter wheels.
