Description of the case
The advantage of manufacturing out of Hardox® is a much lower manufacturing cost than fabricating and installing liners, thus lowering capital cost for customers. Common practice is to replace lined spouts NOT when liner is worn, but rather when outer mild steel casing is worn through, making the outer casing redundant.
