Unser erster Sieblöffel mit SSAB Rundstahl AR400 und Teilen aus Hardox 450. Die Seitenteile sind aus 12mm Hardox 450 und die Seitenschneide aus 40mm Hardox 450. Durch das rollende Material der Querstege wird eine schnellere und effizientere Siebleistung gewährleistet. Des Weiteren, entsteht weniger Verschleiß an Bolzen und Buchsen durch mehr Eigendynamik. Folgebauteile werden weniger strapaziert, da abzutragendes Material bei Kontakt mit dem Löffel sofort gesiebt wird. Bei früheren Sieblöffeln wurden Längsstege aus einer Hardox 450 Tafel (30x50) gebrannt. Dabei entstand sehr viel Verschnitt, was zu höheren Kosten führt. Außerdem blieb beim sieben feines, leichtes Material über größerem hängen und so musste mehr Arbeit und Zeit aufgebracht werden. Folge: bis zu 60% stärkerer Verschleiß der Folgebauteile.
Our first bucket completely made of Hardox with SSAB Round Bars AR400. The side parts are made of 12mm Hardox 450 and the side cutting edge of 40mm Hardox 450. The moving material of the crossbars ensures a faster and more efficient sieving performance. In addition, increased momentum leads to less wear on bolts and bushings. Subsequent components are less strained, because the material is sieved immediately when it comes in contact with the bucket. In old sieving buckets longitudinal bars were fire cutted from a Hardox 450 board (30x50). This method produced a lot scrap, which means more expenses. Furthermore, while sieving light and fine load got stuck on top of bigger load, that means you had to invest more work and time. The result: up to 60% more wear resistance on the subsequent components.
